All products / sounds / samples / loops / vst expansions / drumkits on our page are 100% royalty free. This means that you have the non-exclusive right to use them freely in any sound and/or audiovisual production without additional compensation to „Samples And Sounds“. You may use the products / sounds to make beats, produce music and sell your music to others either in form of licensing or as complete songs. Melodic Loops, Melody Samples and Sample Packs that are being used in major placements with major labels and/or artists need to be cleared. Sample clearance guaranteed!! „Samples And Sounds“ (Nicolas Scholtes) then retains 50% royalty share on the musical composition. All non-major placements and non-major use remain 100% royalty-free. You may not distribute, sell, assign, license or otherwise transfer any of the products, sounds or drumkits except as incorporated in a musical production. You may not distribute the products, sounds or loops, either in native format or reformatted, filtered, re-synthesized or otherwise edited for use as sounds, multi-sounds, samples, loops, multi-samples in a sampler, sample playback unit, web site, computer or other media. All of our products are licensed, but not sold to our customers. „Samples And Sounds“ retains full copyright and ownership to all recorded sounds included in our products. „Samples And Sounds“ is either the owner or entitled licensee of the products on sale. All bundles and discounted prices apply only to the product line at the time of purchase. By purchasing any products from „Samples And Sounds“, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions and that you agree to them.
Usage and Copyright
Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the products for sale, other than outlined in the ‘License Agreement’, is strictly prohibited. This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing websites, web forums, computer networks and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the nature of „Samples And Sounds“ business. Payment and Downloading Products
Payment is taken on behalf of „Samples And Sounds“ by PayPal and Stripe Payments. After payment you will be taken to a page of your account, where you can download your product(s). We will also send out all orders manually within 24 hours business hours. All items marked for sale on this are for digital download only. We do not deliver any physical goods to you for purchases. As a result, all sales on digital downloadable goods are final and we cannot offer a refund for something we cannot take back. In rare cases of duplicate purchases, or other rare circumstances, we will match what you paid with an item of equal or similar value. Delivery/Refund Policy
After making payment on this website you will be automatically taken to a download page, where you can download your product. If you experience any problems, please get in contact with us at info@samplesandsounds.com and we will work to solve the problem. Products purchased from „Samples And Sounds“ are non-refundable. Once you have opted in to buy the product you are in effect purchasing a license to use the content in your music without paying royalties to the owner, which therefore cannot be refunded.
